Christmas Eve
It is a Christmas Eve tradition in my family that we always go out to eat and to see a movie. This year we went to The Chop House and it was delicious! Everyone was there except for Benji because he had to work...we missed him! Then we all went to Turkey Creek to see a movie. We saw Four Christmases. It was a pretty good movie. Liam slept most of the time and Taylor sat in Will's lap and rested (we wanted her to nap, but she wasn't having it!). They did pretty good overall! We had a wonderful time being out with everybody. I love my family so much! We headed home after the movie was over. We all got ready for bed when we got home. I am trying to continue a tradition that my mom started when I was little by letting the kids open one present on Christmas Eve. That present is always labeled "Chrismas Eve" and it is always new pajamas. The kids loved opening the presents. We put their new pajamas on and then took their picture with their ornament for this year. It was lots of fun. Then we set out cookies (that I made!) and milk for Santa. Taylor once again this year was eating the cookies and not leaving them for Santa! We all settled in and started watching Elf while trying to get the kids to sleep. They finally went to sleep and we worked on setting out Santa gifts. It was a really great day!

What great traditions! We have really got to work on setting some for our family. Love the pic of Taylor eating the cookies and Liam trying his best to grab one. Too cute!!
